Simple sealed photo collection format

Status: short handoff format as of 2026-05-21.

Principle

Associates do not prepare the backend manifest directly. They send a simple batch:

• one folder per product;
• original photos;
• one CSV row per product;
• clear rights.

The technical team handles clean renaming, optional OCR/AI assistance, manifest creation, and the inbox / labeled split afterwards.

Photo files may keep their phone names. The product folder name is enough for the first pass.

Technical promotion into the repo

After reception, the technical team normalizes file names and moves useful files into:

Do not put field photos directly into sealed-samples unless explicitly decided. sealed-samples is for indexable bootstrap references.

Rights rules

Accept only:

• owned_by_skn: SKN owns the photo or product;
• explicit_permission: the owner allows SKN to use the photo.

Reject:

• internet images;
• marketplace screenshots;
• images received without clear permission;
• photos assumed to be public-display safe without validation.

Useful first batch

Simple target:

• 5 to 10 physical products;
• 6 to 10 photos per product;
• at least 3 product types;
• clear rights for each product.
